On June 2, 2017, the Chief of the Latin America and Caribbean Division at UNIDO, Carlos Chanduvi Suarez, paid an official visit to SPbSRIVS. The Institute’s experts arranged an introductory tour of the modern influenza vaccine production for the guest.
After the tour of the vaccine production, the Director of SPbSRIVS Victor Trukhin and Carlos Suarez conducted negotiations. Among other things, the agenda included the experience of SPbSRIVS in technology transfer and construction of the Instituto MECHNIKOV in Nicaragua.
