Composition:
1 dose (0.5 ml) contains:
Active substance: Recombinant N protein of the SARS-CoV-2 – 50,0 μg
Excipients: Squalane, (D,L)-α-tocopherol, polysorbate 80, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, water for injections.
Characteristic:
Convacell® is a recombinant nucleocapsid protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus obtained in Escherichia coli and a mixture of excipients in the form of an emulsion.
Indications for use:
Prevention of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in adults aged 18 and over.
Posology and method of administration:
The vaccination schedule is a single dose of 0.5 mL, intramuscularly, in the upper third of the outer surface of the shoulder (in the region of the deltoid muscle).
Storage conditions:
Keep in a light-proof place at a temperature from 2 to 8 °С. Don’t freeze.
